Amazing what I can do on my little We ber Smokey Joe. If anyone wants some, you’ll have to come to Florence, Y’all.

I got a Weber great smokey mountain and a traditional kettle. Between the two there's nothing you can't do. Smoking on the GSM is so easy it feels like cheating

I have a Masterbuilt smoker I got a few years ago as a gift. I plan to learn to use it this summer - dying to cook a Boston butt in it.

Very cool. It’s important note that this is almost certainly done in rats that have been accustomed to handling by humans from birth. Rats that are used to being handled (and not hurt) by humans are docile. Rats that are not used to being handled will freak and bite you when you grab or molest them. So don’t try to tickle a strange rat.

I have a Green Mountain that I only used a few times last year due to my crazy travel schedule. I intend to remedy that this year.
